All-on-4 restores a full jaw of missing or failing teeth on four implants placed at planned angles. All-on-6 uses six implants per jaw for additional support where bone volume and bite forces allow.

At Dental Design Turkey in Antalya, full-arch treatment is completed over two visits. A fixed temporary bridge is usually fitted on the first visit; the final zirconia bridge on a titanium framework is fitted on the second visit after healing.

Who Is Full-Arch Treatment For?

Full-arch implants may be suitable where:

• Most or all teeth in a jaw are missing or cannot be saved
• A removable denture is loose or uncomfortable
• Bone volume allows implant placement without extensive grafting

Suitability is confirmed after a CBCT scan and clinical examination. Where upper-jaw bone loss is severe, zygomatic implants may be considered instead.

All-on-4 or All-on-6?

Both restore a full jaw with a fixed bridge. All-on-6 adds two implants, which may be recommended where additional support is clinically appropriate. The choice is made after imaging; it is not a question of “better”, but of what the jaw supports.

Materials

Temporary bridges are made on a metal framework for stability during healing. Final bridges are zirconia on a titanium bar framework, produced in our laboratory above the clinic.

Guarantee

The final zirconia bridge is covered by our written warranty terms. Good oral hygiene, regular check-ups and use of a night guard where prescribed are conditions of long-term care. Travel and accommodation for future visits are not covered.

After You Return Home

You can contact your patient coordinator through WhatsApp or the channel used during treatment. Photos or X-rays can be reviewed remotely where needed.

Yes. A fixed temporary bridge is usually fitted on the first visit, so you return home with fixed teeth.

How long is the whole treatment?

Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4?

Neither is “better”. All-on-6 is recommended where the jaw benefits from two additional implants; the decision follows the CBCT scan.

Can I have All-on-4 if I have bone loss?

Mild to moderate bone loss can often be managed with angled implants or grafting. Severe upper-jaw bone loss may call for zygomatic implants.
